HOW I DELIVER DESIGNS?
Once you submit your requirements, I’ll send you a confirmation message via eBay messages. I may ask questions if I have to know something more about your designs.  After that confirmation message, you will get your designs within next 48 hours via eBay messages.   Once you get your designs, you can review the designs and ask for revisions if you need. After you get the final designs, you can ask me for source files. Then I’ll send you the download link of source files and other related files.  Please note that asking for source files indicate that you agree to accept the designs and you agree to complete the order. I can provide a small revision even after order completion. But it may require additional fees for major revision requests after order completion.
HOW CAN YOU GET MULTIPLE DESIGNS TO CHOOSE?
You will get one logo design for $5. If you need to get multiple designs to select the best design you like, you can select the quantity of order when you make the payment. I offer discount for multiple designs.
HOW DO WE COMPLETE ORDER?
I’ll send you designs via eBay messages. You can review those designs and tell me if you need any revisions. After I deliver revised designs, you can ask for source files if designs are okay. Then I send you download link of all the related files and after that order marked as complete.   Once you got your designs, please be kind to respond as soon as possible. If I couldn’t hear from you within 5 days, order will be marked as complete.
HOW CAN YOU SUBMIT ORDER REQUIREMENTS?
“Order requirements” stands for the details I need to start the logo designing process. You can submit the details once you place your order via the eBay messages. All conversations and payments go through eBay website.
HOW CAN YOU ASK REVISIONS?
You can just send me a message via eBay messages. I will respond as soon as possible.
WHAT ABOUT REFUND POLICY?
Once you place the order, you have unlimited revisions. Hence, you can ask for changes until you satisfy with the designs.  So, I encourage you to ask for revisions without asking refunds considering this service type.  However, if we had to cancel/ refund your order, you cannot use the designs I gave you in any format since I have the copyrights for unpaid designs. If I found someone use my designs that not paid, necessary legal actions will be taken immediately.  According to the nature of this item (this is a digital item), I do not accept returns after order complete.
